These Terms and Conditions govern your registration for, and participation in, the AI Powered Data Centre Conference (the "Conference"), conceptualized by First Construction Council (FCC) and organized by ASAPP Info Global Services Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By registering as a delegate, exhibitor, or sponsor, or by using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Registration is available under three categories: Delegate, Exhibitor, and Sponsor, each selectable through the registration form on this website. You must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, mobile number, company name, designation, city, and industry, at the time of registration.
A confirmation will be shared with you once your registration is processed. Please retain this confirmation for reference at the venue.
The Conference is intended for working professionals in the data centre, IT, telecom, energy, real estate, cybersecurity, and related industries. You are responsible for ensuring the information you submit is accurate; we are not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete details provided at registration.
Where applicable, sponsorship and exhibition fees will be communicated separately by our team based on the package selected. Any payment terms, invoicing, and due dates will be confirmed in writing before your participation is finalized.
Cancellation and refund requests, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy. Please refer to that policy for timelines and conditions relating to cancellations.
We reserve the right to change the Conference date, venue, agenda, or speaker line-up due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, venue unavailability, or other force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of any material changes.
All attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards other participants, staff, and venue personnel. We reserve the right to remove any individual from the Conference whose conduct is disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate, without refund.
The Conference may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in such photographs, videos, or recordings, which may be used by us, our partners, and media affiliates in future marketing and reporting materials.
All content on this website, including logos, agenda details, and design elements, is the property of First Construction Council, ASAPP Info Global Services Pvt Ltd, or their respective licensors, and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in the Conference, including travel, accommodation, or business losses connected to attendance, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Specific terms relating to sponsorship benefits, exhibition space, branding placements, and deliverables will be confirmed separately with each sponsor or exhibitor in writing and form part of these Terms once agreed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued registration or participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
