Refund Policy

How cancellations and refunds are handled for delegate, exhibitor, and sponsorship registrations.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to registrations for the AI Powered Data Centre Conference, organized by ASAPP Info Global Services Pvt Ltd and conceptualized by First Construction Council (FCC). It covers delegate, exhibitor, and sponsorship payments made through this website or directly with our team.

2. Delegate Registrations

  • Cancellation requests made at least 15 working days before the conference date are eligible for a refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellation requests made between 14 and 7 working days before the conference are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 working days before the conference; however, delegate passes may be transferred to a colleague at no extra cost (see Section 5).
  • No-shows on the day of the event are not eligible for any refund.

3. Sponsorship & Exhibitor Payments

Sponsorship and exhibition fees are governed by the specific agreement confirmed in writing with our team at the time of booking. In general:

  • Bookings cancelled more than 30 days before the conference are eligible for a refund, less any costs already incurred on your behalf (branding production, booth allocation, etc.).
  • Bookings cancelled within 30 days of the conference are non-refundable, as booth space, branding slots, and marketing collateral are finalized at this stage.
  • Sponsorship and exhibitor payments are non-transferable to other events but may be transferred to another representative of the same company.

4. Event Postponement or Cancellation by the Organizers

If the conference is postponed, we will offer you the choice of transferring your registration to the new date or receiving a full refund. If the conference is cancelled entirely by the organizers and not rescheduled, all delegate, exhibitor, and sponsorship fees will be refunded in full.

5. Delegate Pass Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your delegate pass to a colleague at no additional cost by writing to us at least 3 working days before the event with the new attendee's details.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please email our team with your registration details (name, email used at registration, and category of registration). Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 10–14 working days.

7. Payment Gateway & Bank Charges

Any payment gateway charges, bank transaction fees, or currency conversion charges incurred at the time of payment are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and the policy in effect at the time of your registration will apply to that registration.
